If we tell you that your fork is at 60% of its compression force, you will understand perfectly what that setting is.
You just have to lower or raise that percentage, and the app will tell you the number of clicks and/or quarters of a turn you have to adjust and the direction of the adjustment using graphics and eliminating any risk of doing the opposite of what you intended to do.
Whenever you are not feeling comfortable on your bike, or if you feel that your suspension setting is holding you back, do not be afraid to try a new setting and see what it does.
